Founder and Managing Partner
Julie Baghadjian is the Founder and Managing Partner of Anne Capital, bringing over a decade of experience in structuring and underwriting complex credit facilities. Prior to launching the fund, Julie served as a Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Asset Based Lending group, where she underwrote and managed transactions ranging from $25 million to $2 billion across acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and refinancings. She has closed more than two dozen landmark deals spanning consumer, industrial, and distribution sectors, with expertise across the full credit life cycle from diligence and structuring to syndication and portfolio management.
